Canola Oil. Is it actually safe?

Canola oil, which has been touted as a "healthy" oil since 1986, has been linked to high lung cancer rates in Chinese women who used the oil in wok cooking. Consumption of canola oil
has also been shown to cause fibrotic lesions of the heart, CNS degenerative disorders, prostate cancer, anemia, lung cancer, constipation, irritation of the mucous membranes and many
toxic effects, according to many nutritionists and biochemists.
